General Conditions

  • The currency is CHF.
  • All prices are VAT exclusive and EXW Bern, Switzerland.
  • For each project where we use open-source software, a contribution for its developer is included in our prices.
  • Our shipping costs are added.
  • Our travel, board and lodging expenses are added, as well as visa and other fees. For any train or flight segment that lasts longer than two hours, we require a business class ticket. The travel time is added to the work time, as well as any quarantine.
  • We require advance payment from all new international customers.
  • The minimum invoiced amount is CHF 100, the minimum invoiced work time is 15 min and the minimum invoiced film, video or sound length is 5 min.
  • Please note that our prices are non-negotiable and we do not offer discounts.
  • All relations with AV Preservation by reto.ch Sàrl are governed by Swiss law only. The place of performance and the exclusive place of jurisdiction for any litigation is at our registered headquarters. Please note that any other agreement, oral or written, is invalid and void.
  • This price list is valid from January 2023 on.
